About the Process

As apart of providing the best customer experience, we feel it's only necessary for us to handle the HOA paperwork as a courtesy to you.

In order to complete the application for your new fence, the HOA requires a copy of your property survey (sometimes called a plot-map).

We'll put in the elbow grease to submit the application, but we are not responsible for any HOA related application fees if necessary.

Once the application is submitted, the HOA has 30 days to review and approve your application. How fast or slow each HOA reviews their applications is entirely out of our control.

Once the HOA approves your application, they will likely contact you (the homeowner) not Fence Fanatics.

The HOA prefers to give details about applications to the homeowners and not the contractors. You are welcome to contact the HOA anytime during your waiting process (in fact we encourage it!)

We kindly ask you to let us know as soon as you get your approval so we can work to get you your new fence as soon as possible.

After we've been notified of your HOA approval, we'll be installing your new fence within 2 weeks.

Given the size of your fence, installation should take anywhere from 1-2 days.

All of our material is American-made with a 30-year manufacturer warranty and a 3-year labor warranty.

We make sure to keep our phone lines available during installation hours for any questions or concerns.

We appreciate your business and will follow-up with you after your project is finished to ensure you're 100% satisfied.

From the day you notify us of your approval, we will be at your home to install your fence within 2 weeks.

After we receive your approval from HOA, for your safety we schedule with the county to flag your property for underground utilities such as gas lines and cable wires.

The county has 7 business days to mark your property and give the OK to where we will be digging for your fence (but they're usually pretty quick!)

The week before installation we contact you to set the date that we will be at your home to install your fence.

We work diligently to get you your fence fast, we only ask for your grace with any given delays that are out of our control (such as the weather). In the event of a delay, we will notify you with your new installation date as soon as possible.

After reaching out to us, a member of our team will schedule a time to meet with you and go over your desired fencing needs.

Within 24 hours you will receive a formal written estimate with expected time-frame and total costs.

Once you decide to work with Fence Fanatics, we'll collect your initial deposit to get things rolling!
